Golden retriever crashes parents engagement
Everyday activities tend to feel a little extra special when your pup is with you, but this extra special moment was made exponentially better with the presence of a pooch.
Sonny, a sweet golden retriever, went to the beach with his parents, Jack and Madison, for what seemed to be a normal walk. Jack’s plan was to get Sonny situated and then propose to Madison, but as soon as he got down on one knee, Sonny stole the show.
In a TikTok video that went viral, Sonny can be seen digging a hole and running around his owners in excitement. Commenters noticed that Sonny appears to be making a heart shaped ring around the happy couple, which might just be the sweetest thing ever.

Puppies are born ready to communicate
Have you ever wondered if your puppy is able to understand you? Researchers at the University of Arizona have been asking this question for a while, and came up with some interesting results.
Animal behaviorists were specifically looking at whether human-canine communication was a natural biological ability, a learned trait, or something passed down through their genes.
After studying how 8-week-old Golden Retriever and Labrador Retriever puppies responded to pointing gestures, researchers concluded that the young dogs could reliably follow pointing gestures as skillfully as adult dogs. It turns out, your puppy may just be smarter than you think!

Answer: 38%! And that number is rising. To probably no one’s surprise, 45% of couples who are planning to have a ceremony post-pandemic said they’ve grown closer to their pets since quarantining together and will be incorporating them in their ceremonies in some way.
