Flying Puppies All Over the Country? Talk About the Best Job Ever.
Travel can be stressful and a little scary for anyone – and it’s particularly stressful for a pup who’s going to meet their new forever family. Thankfully, flight nannies are there to help dogs travel from point A to point B in style.

Jennifer Kopczynski stumbled upon this dream job when a breeder asked her to escort a toy poodle to a family in Washington who had just lost their beloved pet. Kopczynski described the experience as “the most heartwarming thing I've ever done.” She soon became a professional flight nanny, bringing dogs all over the country to meet their new families.

On a typical day, Kopczynski wakes up early to pick up the pup, bring them through the airport and spend some quality time together so she can help the puppy stay calm.

Kopczynski documents her travels on TikTok and even stays in touch with the families she works with so she can watch her travel buddies grow up. Where do we sign up?

Who has more separation anxiety: You or your dog?
The last couple of years of pandemic living have completely shaken up our lives. Many of us went from seeing our dogs all the time to eventually venturing out and spending time away from our furry friends. The question on everybody’s minds: who has more separation anxiety?

According to a recent survey, 47% of Americans report feeling anxious when away from their pets, while 76% of dogs experience separation anxiety – as reported by their owners. It’s worth noting that separation anxiety in dogs has increased significantly, from an estimated 14% pre-pandemic.

While dogs seem to be feeling the effects more severely than humans, dog owners have reported some interesting changes in behavior. 69% of respondents would prefer to work from home for the sake of their dog and 41% have canceled plans if they couldn’t bring their dog along (*slowly raises hand*).
